A huge thankyou for the best de matting & care my cat Barbara received Tuesday 16th Sept. She’s a very spicy cat & not very friendly. Recently been poorly with an ongoing issue with urinary tract problems so it’s more important she can clean herself properly. When her fur gets long it matts easily and she gets anxious & depressed not being able to groom effectively. I asked for the lion trim a little shorter than usual and it’s the best cut we’ve had. And she’s usually quite bad coming around from the anaesthetic but really good this time. Could not fault the care & attention giving to Barbara, thankyou 😻

Terrible vets! Spoke with them regarding a health check for a pup and vacinations, agreed a day and explained pup needs to be checked within certain timeframe of collecting for insurance, they agree then they decide to call on the day a couple of hours before to cancel the appointment leaving us unable to have the vaccine and checks done in time!

I’ve just received the most obnoxious service for the receptionist on the 28th of August at 16:30. She got flustered and dismissive when I tried to give her my surname name in the Phonetic Alphabet. She literally cut me short and said “ what’s ya postcode” in a rude manner! I absolutely dread to think what happens behind closed doors what happens to theses poorly animals if that’s how they speak to customers. YOU need to have some manners !!

Took Bella here today for her 1st vaccination and to be chipped. Very friendly and kind towards the pets. They came highly recommended to me and I also highly recommend them
